  • Company: Herein, the term represents the Gipi entity and its associated stakeholders, also denoted as "We", "Us", or "Our".
  • Device: Refers to electronic apparatuses, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, desktops, or laptops, capable of hosting and running the Gipi application.
  • Feedback: Comprises insights, recommendations, criticisms, and suggestions provided by users to enhance the service efficacy and experience.
  • In-app Purchase: Represents transactions executed within the Gipi application, allowing users to acquire premium features or additional content.
  • Service: Herein, used interchangeably with the term 'Application,' it represents the entirety of features, functionalities, and experiences offered by Gipi.
  • Terms and Conditions: Refers to the entirety of contractual obligations, rights, stipulations, and clauses detailed within this document.
  • Third-party Social Media Service: Refers to external digital platforms or services that may interface with or be accessible from the Gipi platform.
  • You: Denotes the end user, whether an individual or a legal entity, engaging with the Gipi service.
  • Pictures: Refers to images sent by users to Gipi for viewing and response within the platform.

Your engagement with the Gipi platform signifies your unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Data Collection, Storage, and Utilization

  • Email Addresses: With your explicit assent, we retain and may utilize your email addresses for varied purposes, including, but not limited to, disseminating crucial updates, promotional content, and news pertinent to Gipi. We also secure permission to send emails for updates and promotions.
  • Voice Recordings: All voice imprints captured within the Gipi ecosystem are archived with utmost security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Such recordings are periodically analyzed to troubleshoot potential technical glitches and enhance user experience.
  • Account Information: Comprehensive data analysis is conducted to discern user engagement patterns, which subsequently informs our maintenance, update, and enhancement strategies.
  • Messaging Data: We employ advanced data analytics tools to evaluate user interactions, ensuring that our platform remains free from inappropriate, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Contact Information: Demographic data, including age and regional details, are crucial metrics that assist us in tailoring our offerings to resonate with our diverse user base.
  • Pictures: Users have the capability to send images to Gipi. These images are collected solely for Gipi to view and respond to the user regarding the content of the sent pictures. Rest assured, these pictures are not disclosed to any third parties.

  • Usage of Cookies: Gipi employs "cookies" to enhance user experience and streamline platform operations. Cookies are minuscule data files stored on your device by our server. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without explicit consent from Gipi is strictly proscribed.

  • Ownership of Custom Voice Creation: While you retain ownership of your original voice sample, the custom voice generated by our platform is a derivative work created by our technology. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such custom voices as part of our services.

Custom Voice Creation Services

Our platform provides the functionality for users to create personalized voices. By utilizing this service, you agree to provide us with a sample of your voice for the purpose of creating a customized voice. This voice will be used to enable personalized audio experiences within our platform. You affirm that the voice is yours and that you have the right to use and provide it for customizing.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Responsible Use of Custom Voice Creation: You agree to use the voice customizing features responsibly and legally. You shall not use the voice customizing service to create, replicate, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Responsible Use of Picture-Sending Feature: You agree to use the picture-sending feature responsibly and legally. You shall not send pictures that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Your Feedback to Us

Your invaluable feedback not only informs our developmental trajectory but becomes an integral part of our intellectual repository. By submitting feedback, you irrevocably transfer all associated rights to Gipi, enabling us to incorporate your suggestions, criticisms, and insights to refine our platform.

Links to Third-party Websites

Our platform may occasionally feature links to external digital platforms or services. It is pivotal to understand that Gipi exercises no control over the content, policies, or practices of these external entities. Engaging with such third-party platforms is at the user’s discretion and risk.

Paid Accounts

  • Billing: If you purchase any Services, you will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method on each agreed-upon periodic renewal until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our Services until payment is received.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
  • Changes: We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not agree to the price increase.
  • Refund Policy: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. This includes cases where the subscription is canceled before the end of the billing period. We do not provide refunds in the event of significant outages or service overloads.
  • Trial Periods: If a trial period is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Details of the trial period will be provided at the time of sign-up.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of the charge. If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us at info@gipi.ai. We will review your claim and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Termination

Gipi reserves the irrefutable right to suspend or terminate user accounts if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is ascertained. Upon account termination, all associated rights to access and utilize the Gipi platform are instantaneously revoked.

  • Misuse of Custom Voice Creation Features: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you are found to be using the voice customizing feature in a way that violates these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
  • Misuse of Picture-Sending Feature: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you are found to be using the picture-sending feature in a way that violates these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

While Gipi endeavors to offer a seamless, enriching experience, our liability, under any circumstance, is constricted to the exact monetary amount remitted by the user for accessing the platform, or a sum of $100, whichever is higher.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Gipi platform, inclusive of all its features and functionalities, is extended to users “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, devoid of any explicit or implicit warranties. We endeavor to maintain our platform’s integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, or complete immunity from malicious digital entities.

Changes to Custom Voice Creation Features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the voice customizing features at any time without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the voice customizing services.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Gipi unreservedly reserves the right to introduce modifications to these Terms & Conditions. It is incumbent upon users to periodically review these Terms & Conditions to remain apprised of any revisions. Continued engagement post-revision signifies unreserved acceptance of the modified terms.
