"هوش مصنوعی ارزان: هند در پی تقلید از دیپ سیک"

به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از رویترز، وزیر فناوری اطلاعات هند با تقدیر از استارت آپ چینی دیپ سیک برای ساخت دستیار هوش مصنوعی ارزان قیمت و ایجاد تحول در این صنعت، شیوه فعالیت آن را به رویکرد صرفه جویانه خود در تلاش دولت کشورش برای ساخت یک مدل هوش مصنوعی محلی تشبیه کرد.

هندوستان در مارس ۲۰۲۴ میلادی از سرمایه گذاری ۱.۲۵ میلیارد دلاری در پروژه ای به نام «ماموریت هوش مصنوعی هند» خبر داد که شامل تامین سرمایه برای استارت آپ های هوش مصنوعی و توسعه زیرساخت این فناوری برای کشور بود.

آشوینی وایشناو وزیر فناوری اطلاعات هندوستان هنگام سخنرانی در رویدادی گفت: برخی افراد مقدار سرمایه گذاری های دولتی در طرح «ماموریت هوش مصنوعی هند» را زیر سوال می برند. آیا آنچه دیپ سیک انجام داده، دیده اید؟ ۵.۵ میلیون دلار سرمایه و یک مدل بسیار قدرتمند، آنهم با استفاده از قدرت مغز.

دیپ سیک چشم انداز سرمایه گذاری در هوش مصنوعی در سراسر جهان را تغییر داده و مدعی است فقط طی ۲ ماه و با هزینه ای کمتر از ۶ میلیون دلار مدل هوش مصنوعی خود را با تراشه های H۸۰۰ انویدیا ساخته است.

به نظر می رسد اظهارات این وزیر هندی، واکنش به سخنان سم آلتمن مدیر ارشد اجرایی اوپن ای آی در بازدید از هند در سال گذشته است. مدیر اوپن ای آی درباره امکان آنکه یک تیم هندی بتواند مدل هوش مصنوعی قدرتمندی در حد و اندازه این شرکت با کمتر از ۱۰ میلیون دلار بودجه بسازد، شک و تردیدهایی به وجود آورد.

آلتمن در این باره گفته بود: شیوه کار به این صورت است که ما به شما می گوییم رقابت با ما برای آموزش مدل های بنیادین کاملا مایوس کننده است. شما نباید این کار را امتحان کنید. از سوی دیگر شغل شما ایجاب می کند در هرحال چنین کاری را انجام دهید. من به هردو این روش ها اعتقاددارم.

پس از موفقیت دیپ سیک این اظهارارت دوباره در پلتفرم های آنلاین از جمله ایکس در مرکز توجه قرار گرفته اند. جالب آنکه آلتمن قرار است ۵ فوریه سال جاری به هندوستان سفر کند، آنهم در حالی که شرکتش درگیر شکایتی مربوط به نقض قانون کپی رایت و مربوط به اخبار دیجیتال و ناشران کتاب ها در این کشور است.

Iran 1st Vice President visits Almaty Digital Exhibition 2025

Aref was briefed on the latest achievements and progress of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)’s member states in the field of digital economy and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

During his visit, Iran’s first vice president emphasized the necessity of introducing the achievements and progress in the field of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) of the competent Iranian knowledge-based companies to the regional and Eurasian countries.

At this exhibition, 200 exhibitors from Eurasian Economic Union’s member states will showcase and introduce their latest products with a focus on artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.

Iran tries to be reliable partner in regional developments

Speaking at the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Prime Ministers” meeting on Friday, Aref said that Iran’s becoming an observer in the Eurasian Economic Union is another step to deepen ties, which shows the country’s more effective role in the activities of this important economic body in the future.

Aref said that Iran’s economic diplomacy placed increasing importance on regional and multilateral mechanisms and expressed Tehran’s readiness to expand ties with other countries in key fields such as energy, new technologies, and transit.

He also said that apart from the creation of the Iran-EAEU corridor and to facilitate trade between the six member states, Iran is ready to strengthen the transit capacities of its ports in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman to connect the landlocked member states of the EAEU to world markets.

The proposals presented by the First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran at this conference included connecting communication infrastructure, integrating laws and facilitating regulations in the digital economy sector, cooperating to create creation and develop common platforms, countering unilateralism for governance in the digital and artificial intelligence economy, and cooperating in the development of joint digital products and artificial intelligence tools to utilize the capabilities of the member countries of the EAEU in developing collaborations in the digital economy sector.

Aref also emphasized that it was time for Iran and the countries of the region to cooperate to build the foundations of a new digital and industrial era.

Aref traveled to Kazakhstan on Thursday to attend the EAEU Prime Ministers” meeting and the 2025 Almaty Digital Forum.
