ترامپ دوباره هگست را «وزیر جنگ» خواند!
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از ایندیپندنت، دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهور آمریکا در پیامی در شبکه اجتماعی خود موسوم به «تروث سوشال»، با انتشار ویدئویی از پیت هگست، وزیر دفاع آمریکا در حال اعلام راهبرد پهپادی جدید پنتاگون، وی را «وزیر جنگ» نامید!
ترامپ پس از انتشار ویدئویی هگست در فاکس‌نیوز، با بازنشر آن نوشت: پیت هگست، وزیر جنگ امروز در فاکس‌نیوز فوق‌العاده بود و درباره تسلیحات و جنگ نوین صحبت کرد.
این نخستین باری نیست که ترامپ، هگست را وزیر جنگ می‌نامد. او نخستین بار ماه گذشته در اجلاس ناتو از چنین عنوانی برای هگست استفاده کرد.
ترامپ در آن اجلاس گفته بود که «مارکو روبیو و پیت هگست، وزیر خارجه و وزیر جنگ، البته اگر بتوان گفت، مرا همراهی می‌کنند. می‌دانید، سابق بر این به آن وزیر جنگ می‌گفتند.»
وزیر جنگ به چه معناست؟
وزیر جنگ یک از سمت‌های اسبق کابینه آمریکا بود و نظارت بر ارتش را برعهده داشت و حد فاصل ۱۷۸۹ تا ۱۹۴۷ مورد استفاده قرار می‌گرفت.
در آن زمان، نیروی دریایی آمریکا وزارت و وزیر مستقل خود را داشت. به‌دنبال برخی تغییرات ساختاری، نیروی هوایی آمریکا ایجاد شد و وزارت جنگ به وزارت ارتش تغییر نام پیدا کرد. در سال ۱۹۴۷، وزارت تازه‌تاسیس دفاع به سازمان یکپارچه‌کننده‌ای بدل شد که مسئولیت نظارت بر عملیات‌های وزارتخانه‌های ارتش، نیروی دریایی و هوایی را برعهده داشت.
در آن زمان، کلمه «دفاع» بازتاب تغییر و تحول به سمت راهبرد تدافعی پساجنگ جهانی دوم را بازتاب می‌داد و در مقابل جنگ‌افروزی قرار می‌گرفت. آخرین وزیر جنگ آمریکا «کِنت رویال» نام داشت.

Speaking Friday at a memorial ceremony for the IRGC’s late Major General Mohammad Saeed Izadi, Larijani said, “This outdated theory means: ‘surrender or fight me.’ It is a mindset pursued by aggressors like Hitler, Napoleon, and the Mongols. Larijani emphasized that a “new, resilient Middle East” is emerging, shaped by the sacrifices of resistance fighters like General Izadi and others recently assassinated.m, by Israel.
“They think with terror and noise they can redraw the region. But the blood of our martyrs will fortify the resistance,” he stated.
He condemned Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s remarks comparing himself to Cyrus the Great, and reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to supporting Palestinian resistance.

Principles of China”s poverty reduction governance model
The report, titled “Striving for a Better Life for the People: China”s Practical and Theoretical Innovations in Consolidating and Expanding Poverty Alleviation Achievement,” was released by Xinhua Institute, a national high-level think tank of Xinhua News Agency on Friday.
The report has summarized these fundamental guiding principles in five key aspects, including the Communist Party of China”s strong leadership as the fundamental guarantee; putting people first as the ultimate value pursuit; concerted efforts as a distinctive feature; self-reliance and self-strengthening as a foundational principle; and step-by-step progress as a crucial strategy.
The report said that the theoretical framework underpinning China”s poverty reduction governance has been continuously enriched and its methodological pathways steadily refined through years of practical exploration and empirical validation, which included the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation strategies, and the effective integration of the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization.
“This theoretical system is not only deeply rooted in China”s national context but has also drawn from broader human experience and wisdom in poverty reduction, elevating localized insight to globally relevant value,” it said.
According to the report, this system has also affirmed the plurality of development paths and offers governance solutions that are replicable, scalable, and transferable for the world, especially for developing countries.
