QSE Index Gains 0.09% at Start of Trading

Doha, June 30 (QNA) – The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 0.09% at the start of trading on Monday, adding 10 points to reach the level of 10,778 points, compared to the closing of the previous session, backed by three sectors.

QSE”s figures showed a positive performance in the Insurance by 0.50%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.29 and Real Estate by 0.07%.

However, the index saw a decline in Consumer Goods and Services by 0.03%; Industrials by 0.05%; Transportation by 0.21% and Telecoms by 0.29%.

By 10:00 am, 37.411 million shares were traded in 4,114 transactions valued QR 84.548 million. (QNA)
