39th Tunis International Book Fair Kicks Off

Tunis, April 25 (QNA) – The Tunis International Book Fair kicked off Friday and will continue until May 4.

The fair is attended by 29 countries and 313 exhibitors, showcasing over 110,000 titles.

The organizers said that the Fair”s cultural program will host 183 intellectuals and thinkers from Tunisia, the Arab world, and the world.

China is the guest of honor this year, and its pavilion is attended by more than 100 writers representing 40 publishing houses.

The Fair also features theater and cinema spaces, a book garden, a small studio, a digital space, and initiatives and creativity areas, hosting 255 activities targeting children and young people. (QNA)
