Presidential decree approves loan for Ministry of Finance
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued decree no. 452 of 2023 approving a LE500-million-dollar loan agreement with Deutsche Bank and ABC for the benefit of the Ministry of Finance, with a guarantee from the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation.
The decree was published in the official gazette on Thursday.
