Explosion hits Syria”s Damascus
Al Mayadeen network, quoting its sources in Syria, reported that an improvised bomb exploded in the neighborhood of Mezzeh, Damascus, near the French Park.
No further details have been released so far and there were no immediate reports of possible casualties.
On Monday, a car bomb explosion rocked the city of Manbij in northern Syria, leaving 20 dead and 15 injured.
According to the report, the blast occurred in Manbij city in the northeast of Aleppo Governorate in northern Syria.
The sources reported that the bomb exploded near the car that was carrying working women and girls. According to local sources, the explosion was very strong, and following this incident, ambulances and vehicles of the Syrian Civil Defense went to the scene of the accident to provide relief.

ترامپ: باید به جنگ مضحک اوکراین پایان دهیم
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از تاس، دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهور آمریکا با اشاره به مذاکرات جاری به منظور دستیابی به توافق صلح برای پایان دادن به جنگ روسیه و اوکراین، مدعی شد که در این مسیر پیشرفت محسوسی صورت گرفته است.
ترامپ بدون ارائه توضیح و شفاف‌سازی گفت: ما درباره مسئله روسیه و اوکراین پیشرفت زیادی کرده‌ایم.
وی افزود: باید ببینیم چه اتفاقی رخ خواهد داد اما پیشرفت زیادی صورت گرفته است. باید به این جنگ مضحک پایان دهیم.
ترامپ سوم فوریه همزمان با بازدید از پایگاه نیروی هوای اندروز در نزدیکی واشنگتن، گفت که دولت وی ملاقات‌هایی را با روس‌ها و اوکراینی‌ها تدارک دیده است و نسبت به مثمرثمر بودن این دیدارها ابراز امیدواری کرد.

Iran Armed Forces stage massive air defense drill
The second phase of the Eqtedar (Authority) 1403 war game began on Tuesday morning in the southwest of the country.

Iran, Lufthansa in talks to resume flights: Iranian official
Amirani, who is also the acting chairman of Iran’s Airports and Air Navigation Company, said on Monday that Lufthansa and the company will hold their final meeting “within the next 24 hours”.
“We will soon witness flights carried out by this aviation group in our country,” he said, without giving an exact date and details on the planned flights.
Amirani also said that the number of transit flights over Iranian airspace has increased, as a security advisory by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) expired last Friday.
Iranian skies have enjoyed full security, with more than 700 transit flights taking place on a daily basis, he added.
On January 13, the Head of Iran”s Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) Hossein Pourfarzaneh announced that the Islamic Republic would resume flights to Europe in February.
He said that the first flight would be carried out from Tehran to Paris on February 31.
Flights between Iran and Europe were suspended in mid-October 2024 after the EU imposed sanctions on the Islamic Republic over allegations that it had sent drones to Russia for use in the Ukraine war. Iran vehemently denied the allegations.

Significance of Iran-Russia treaty beyond current agenda
Sergey Markedonov, Senior Fellow of the Institute for International Studies at the MGIMO University, made the remarks in an interview for Mehr News Agency.
In the interview, the Russian expert shed light on the details and implications of the comprehensive strategic agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation.
On January 17, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and his Russian counterpart signed a long-term partnership deal known as the “Comprehensive Strategic Agreement” to strengthen the relations between the two nations. The agreement covers vast areas including trade, energy, and defense.
Tehran and Moscow concluded the agreement at a time when both countries were subject to Western sanctions. Speaking of the features that the agreement has to contribute to counteract these sanctions, Markedonov said that in many aspects, the agreement is a declaration about the deepening relationship between Tehran and Moscow.
“It doesn”t mean that this agreement will diminish the negative impact of sanctions or Western pressure immediately. But it will be a good partner and signal for countries trying to be freed from the Western pressure to demonstrate the desire to build bilateral relations and to promote a beneficiary agenda.”
“This is why we cannot limit the significance of this treaty by the current agenda and topical issues. It”s wider.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, Markedonov referred to the rumors made by the West over the existence of alleged problems in bilateral relations between Iran and Russia, due to the absence of a mutual defense commitment clause in the agreement.
This is while security and defense cooperation are among the most significant clauses of the recently reached agreement, including joint military exercises, developing military and technical collaboration, and coordination at both regional and global levels.
This aspect may be one of the most controversial aspects in the context of discussions around the treaty, he said, adding, “The Western media try to underline the maybe problems in bilateral relations between Iran and Russia. first point, this treaty offers the deepening of strategic cooperation and in this way, I can especially underline the exercises and recognition of mutual interests in some key regions for both Russia and Iran.”
However, Russia and Iran have had some divergences also, he underlined, pointing to the fact that Iran has its own approach to Crimea, Donbas, and Ukrainian conflict in general; and Russia, on the other hand, Russia”s attempts to keep good relations with the Israeli regime can raise questions at the Iranian side.
But at the same time, the agreement is a manifestation of cooperation and mutual interests in key regions for both parties, Markedonov emphasized.

Philippines, US stage joint patrol over South China Sea
The one-day exercise was being carried out in the West Philippine Sea, Philippine air force spokesperson Maria Consuelo Castillo said, using Manila”s term for waters in the South China Sea that fall within its exclusive economic zone, Reuters reported.
Castillo said the two Philippine FA-50 fighter aircraft and two US B1-B bombers were taking part in the exercises, which will include flying over Scarborough Shoal.
“This is not in relation to any particular issue. This is just part of the usual training we have,” Castillo told a media briefing.

وی خاطرنشان کرد: انقلاب اسلامی مدیون خون شهدا است و در طول عمر با برکت خود پیام‌های زیادی برای جهانیان داشته است.
وی یادآور شد: پیام «استقلال» از پیام‌های این انقلاب بود که به تصمیم‌گیری دیگران در سرنوشت این مملکت پایان داد و دست بیگانگان را از این سرزمین کوتاه کرد.
امام جمعه اهل سنت قروه اضافه کرد: قبل از انقلاب آنچه که داشتیم تحت سلطه استعمار و استبداد بود ولی اکنون به برکت نظام انقلاب اسلامی مردم ما در کنار هم هستند.
ماموستا امیری «آزادی» را برای رهایی از استبداد از دیگر پیام‌های این انقلاب اسلامی دانست و گفت: انقلاب اسلامی ایران محصول رأی و نظر مردم بوده است.
وی اضافه کرد: «اتحاد» در راستای نقش همبستگی مردم برای تحقق آرمان‌های نظام مقدس اسلامی دیگر پیام انقلاب اسلامی به جهانیان است.
وی اعلام کرد: دهه فجر فرصتی برای بازخوانی دستاوردهای انقلاب و ایثار و فداکاری‌هایی است که مردم در این روزها این پیروزی را رقم زدند و حفظ این آرمان‌ها و دستاوردی که بیانگر حکومت الهی و دینی است مهم بوده و برعهده ملت شریف ایران اسلامی است.
امام جمعه اهل سنت قروه یادآور شد: در طول یکسال گذشته یکی از تراژدی‌های دردناک در طول تاریخ دنیا روی داد که آن هم به وقوع پیوستن جنگی بود که مقاومت و گروه حماس و مردم غزه بر علیه مردم صهیونیستی به پا خواستند و چهره واقعی ظلم برای همه ملت‌های آزاده جهان رو شد.
ماموستا امیری اضافه کرد: رژیم صهیونیستی با سیاست‌های توسعه طلبانه و شهرک سازی های غیرهارمونی و سرکوب فلسطینیان حقوق مسلم مردم را نادیده گرفت و منجر به شهید هزاران زن و کودک و مردم بیگناه شد و زیرساختهای گسترده‌ای را در بخش مدارس، بیمارستان و واحد مسکونی برجای گذاشت.

زیرساختهای خدماتی در خارگ ارتقا می‌یابد
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، محمدرضا دشتی زاده صبح سه‌شنبه در نشست با فرمانده نیروی دریایی ارتش در خارگ اظهار داشت: با توجه به موقعیت استراتژیک خارگ و اهمیت آن از منظر امنیت ملی و اقتصادی، نیاز است تعاملات میان دستگاه‌های اجرایی و نیروهای نظامی در این منطقه به سطحی بالاتر ارتقا یابد. ما بر این باوریم که هم‌افزایی میان بخش‌های مختلف، زمینه‌ساز بهبود ارائه خدمات عمومی و توسعه زیرساختهای حیاتی خواهد بود.
وی افزود: نیروی دریایی، با دارا بودن امکانات تخصصی و تجربیات عملی در زمینه‌های لجستیکی و پشتیبانی، نقش بسزایی در تسهیل اجرای پروژه‌های عمرانی و خدمات‌رسانی در خارگ داشته است.
مدیر عملیات عمومی خارگ تصریح کرد: ما بر آنیم تا از این تجربیات در تدوین استراتژی‌های بلندمدت استفاده کنیم. به عنوان مثال، هماهنگی در زمینه انتقال داده‌ها و تبادل اطلاعات میان سیستم‌های نظارتی و مدیریتی، می‌تواند موجب بهبود پاسخگویی در مواقع اضطراری و تسریع فرآیندهای اجرایی گردد.
پشتیبانی از جوامع محلی در خارگ
فرمانده نیروی دریایی ارتش در خارگ اظهار کرد: نیروی دریایی ارتش، همواره در راستای تأمین امنیت و پشتیبانی از جوامع محلی در خارگ فعالیت‌های تخصصی خود را اجرا کرده است.
ناخدا محمد نجفی افزود: ما در تلاشیم تا با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین و تجربه‌های عملی، به عنوان یک شریک استراتژیک، در ارائه خدمات به بخش‌های مختلف خارگ همکاری داشته باشیم. این همکاری باید به گونه‌ای تنظیم شود که با هماهنگی دقیق و تبادل اطلاعات، بتوانیم در تمامی سطوح به بهبود زیرساختهای منطقه کمک کنیم.

Hamas warns Israel against continuing to violate ceasefire
Osama Hamdan, Hamas’ senior representative in Lebanon, made the remarks on Monday, the Palestinian Shehab news agency reported.
“Israel is deliberately obstructing the process of aid delivery [into the Gaza Strip] and resettlement of Gaza’s people,” he said.
“We have a committee that monitors the entry of aid into Gaza, but the occupiers are intentionally creating obstacles,” Hamdan lamented.
According to the official, if the opposing side continued to fail to fulfill its commitments, Hamas would proceed with its “own actions.”
Hamdan said it had conveyed the issue of the Israeli contraventions to Qatar and Egypt, who have helped mediate the ceasefire agreement.
The deal is hoped to end the Israeli regime’s 15-month-long war of genocide against the Gaza Strip that has so far killed way upwards of 47,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

آزادگان تبعید شده فلسطینی به کجا می‌روند؟
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از شبکه الجزیره، ناهد الفاخوری مسئول رسانه‌ای دفتر شهدا و اسرای جنبش حماس به بررسی سرنوشت اسرای فلسطینی که اخیراً از زندان‌های رژیم صهیونیستی آزاد و بر اساس متن توافقنامه آتش بس مجبور به تبعید از اراضی فلسطین هستند، اشاره کرده و گفت که تاکنون ۷۹ آزاده فلسطینی که باید از فلسطین اشغالی اخراج شوند، وارد مصر شده‌اند.
وی که خود نیز برای بررسی این روند در مصر حضور دارد، گفت که بخشی از این تعداد در داخل مصر اقامت خواهند کرد و سرنوشت سایر آزادگان نیز بر اساس اعلام تعداد نهایی آنها بنا بر دوره‌های تبادل انجام شده، صورت خواهد گرفت.
الفاخوری خاطرنشان کرد که ترتیبات حضور برخی از آزادگان در کشورهای دیگر انجام شده است، به عنوان مثال ۱۵ نفر از این تعداد فردا سه‌شنبه به جمهوری ترکیه خواهند رفت و در آینده نیز ۱۵ نفر به پاکستان عزیمت خواهند کرد و این کشور با حضور این افراد موافقت کرده است.
این مقام حماس اعلام کرد که جنبش حماس منتظر اتخاذ مواضع واضح از سوی کشورهای دیگر در خصوص آزادگان فلسطینی است. الجزایر موافقت اولیه خود را برای پذیرش تعدادی از این اسرا از گروهی مشخص اعلام کرده است، ولی تونس حضور آزادگان در اراضی خود را رد کرده است.
