Islamophobia a tool to justify Israeli regime occupation
Amir Saeid Iravani, Iran”s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has condemned the increasing trend of spreading hatred against Muslims on Friday at the UN high-level meeting to commemorate the International Day against Islamophobia, and stated that “the Zionist regime” uses Islamophobia as a tool to justify its occupation and crimes against the Palestinian people.
Referring to the Zionist regime”s occupation and the continuous oppression of the Palestinian people, the senior Iranian diplomat at the United Nations emphasized that every day, the world witnesses brutal aggression against the Palestinians who are living under occupation in their homeland.
“The occupying regime in cooperation with its allies, is trying to justify its war crimes, apartheid policies, and systematic oppression by creating a false connection between Islam and terrorism,” he said

At the outset, let me begin by appreciating you, Mr. President, for convening this important informal plenary meeting.
Mr. President,
Distinguished Colleagues,
Three years ago, the adoption of the General Assembly resolution 76/254 clearly reflected a shared commitment to addressing Islamophobia as one of the most alarming manifestations of intolerance, negative stereotyping, stigmatization, discrimination, and incitement to violence against people based on their religion.
Subsequently, the adoption of the resolution on “measures to combat Islamophobia” last year, reiterated this unified dedication by requesting effective measures to eradicate Islamophobia in all its forms.
It has also underscored the critical need for increased efforts to raise awareness and combat the spread of hate speech, which includes, inter alia, urging the implementation of all necessary measures, such as legislative and policy actions, to combat Islamophobia.
Distinguished colleagues,
The Islamic Republic of Iran expresses its profound concern regarding the extensive network of anti-Muslim campaigns, which includes the utilization of media outlets and social media platforms. These practices and policies, regardless of their location, have detrimental effects on Muslims globally, particularly those in vulnerable situations such as under foreign occupation or in minority communities.
In this regard, the world continues to witness daily aggressions against Palestinians whose homeland is under occupation. Israel, as an occupying regime, in cooperation with its allies, maintains a futile attempt to excuse its atrocities, crimes, and apartheid practices by fabricating a direct link between Islam and terrorism.
In addition, the Muslim Ummah has been subjected to violence, defamation, and desecration of their values, shrines, and the holy book in several Western countries under the guise of freedom of expression. We firmly call upon all those countries to continue criminalizing and prohibiting violence and hatred against religious symbols and holy books in their national laws and to actively engage in collective efforts to address Islamophobia.
In conclusion, my country is firmly determined to continue its support of all efforts to combat Islamophobia and religion-based extremism.
Accordingly, Iran welcomes the nomination of H.E. Mr. Moratinos as the Secretary-General Special Envoy to combat Islamophobia. Iran also expresses its readiness to actively engage in the work of the Special Envoy and closely collaborate with him in this regard.

Iranian women determined to build a more just future
Iran”s Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Zahra Ershadi, at the 69th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, says that the Iranian women remain determined to build a more just future for themselves and their communities.
“Despite the negative effects of unilateral coercive sanctions and the failed policy of maximum pressure, Iranian women continue to pave the way for progress and strengthen their society and families,” Ershadi said at the 69th UN Commission on the status of women in New York on Friday.

Madam Chair,
As we reflect on the 30 years since the adoption of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, it is crucial to recognize that—despite our best efforts—we have fallen short of fully implementing its strategies and objectives. Progress has been significantly hindered by persistent challenges, including poverty, economic instability, maximum pressure, unilateral coercive measures, foreign occupations, terrorism, and genocide. These obstacles have not only delayed the achievement of the Declaration’s goals but have also had a particularly devastating and disproportionate impact on people in vulnerable situations, especially women, hindering development in many regions.
In my region, the Israeli apartheid regime’s barbaric actions in Gaza are nothing short of a ruthless campaign of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. The mass slaughter of innocent civilians, women, children, and the elderly, along with the deliberate destruction of essential infrastructure and the brutal displacement of entire communities, is an unspeakable violation of basic human rights. These atrocities are not merely isolated incidents; they are part of a systematic effort to annihilate the Palestinian people and strip them of their dignity and existence. The ongoing violence inflicted upon Gaza continues to prevent Palestinian women and girls from enjoying their fundamental human rights and undermines any possibility for their empowerment. The international community must recognize these horrors for what they truly are, and take immediate and decisive action to hold those responsible accountable.
Madam Chair,
The Islamic Republic of Iran acknowledges the crucial role of women in driving social, cultural, political, and economic progress. Significant strides have been made in promoting inclusive growth and safeguarding women’s rights across diverse sectors. Some instances of this progress include, but are not limited to, the following facts: women now represent 33% of university faculty, 40% in medical sciences, and more than 50% in healthcare, with 40% of specialist and 30% of subspecialist doctors. Women also make up 45% of the public sector workforce, 74% in the private sector, and own 32,000 businesses. Each year, 300,000 rural and nomadic women receive entrepreneurship training, and women have secured 41% of new jobs.
Since the formation of the National Unity Government in 2024, significant focus has been placed on women’s participation in policymaking, leading to the appointment of over 190 women to managerial positions across Iran, including several historic firsts:
Four women appointed to the 14th administration cabinet, including the first female spokesperson and Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
14 female heads of government institutions appointed by Presidential decree.
13 female deputy ministers, 17 advisors and assistants to ministers, 110 female directors-general, 17 female governors, and 16 female district chiefs.
A Presidential directive to further boost women’s leadership roles in provincial governorships, municipal offices, and key government sectors.
In conclusion, Madam Chair, despite the negative impacts of UCMs and the already-failed Maximum Pressure campaign, Iranian women continue to pave the way for progress and strengthen their society and their family. Their resilience and determination have been key in fostering advancements in all aspects of their lives. While external pressures aim to undermine their rights, Iranian women persist in shaping a more equitable future for themselves and their communities.

رویکرد جامعهمحور پلیس کرمانشاه
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر سردار مهدی حاجیان صبح شنبه در جمع خبرنگاران با اشاره به اهمیت امنیت پایدار و آرامش در جامعه، بر لزوم استفاده از ابزارهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی برای پیشگیری از جرم تأکید کرد. وی گفت: ما در راستای رویکرد جامعهمحور پلیس، اقدامات فرهنگی و اجتماعی را توسعه دادهایم تا بتوانیم بهصورت پیشگیرانه و ایجابی به حل مشکلات اجتماعی کمک کنیم.
وی با بیان اینکه یکی از اقدامات اساسی پلیس، ایجاد دایرههای اجتماعی در کلانتریهای سطح استان است، اظهار کرد: این دایرههای اجتماعی در تمام کلانتریهای شهر کرمانشاه و شهرستانهای تابعه مستقر شدهاند و وظیفه آنها ارائه مشاورههای تخصصی به شهروندان است. این مشاوران که دورههای خاص روانشناسی و مددکاری را گذراندهاند، در زمینههای مختلف از جمله مسائل حقوقی، روانشناسی جنایی، روانشناسی کودک و سایر موضوعات اجتماعی، خدمات رایگان ارائه میدهند.
فرمانده انتظامی کرمانشاه همچنین از راهاندازی مرکز مشاوره رایگان پلیس خبر داد و گفت: شهروندان عزیز میتوانند برای دریافت مشاورههای رایگان بهصورت حضوری به این مرکز مراجعه کنند یا از طریق تماس با شماره ۰۹۶۵۸۰ از خدمات مشاوره تلفنی بهرهمند شوند. این اقدام در راستای کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی و حل مشکلات شهروندان قبل از ورود آنها به مراحل قضائی انجام شده است.
نقش پلیس در میانجیگری و کاهش پروندههای قضائی
سردار حاجیان با اشاره به اقدامات پلیس در راستای حلوفصل اختلافات بدون ارجاع به مراجع قضائی گفت: ما در حوزه اجتماعی، موضوع مصالحه را در پروندههای قضائی گسترش دادهایم. بخش عمدهای از پروندههایی که به دایره اجتماعی کلانتریها ارجاع داده میشود، با تلاش همکاران ما و استفاده از تکنیکهای روانشناسی و جامعهشناسی به مصالحه ختم میشود. در حال حاضر، ۷۰ تا ۷۵ درصد این پروندهها با صلح و سازش حلوفصل میشوند که این امر نقش مهمی در کاهش بار پروندههای قضائی و جلوگیری از تشدید اختلافات دارد.
وی تأکید کرد که پلیس نقش میانجیگری را ایفا میکند و تلاش دارد با روشهای مسالمتآمیز، از تبدیل شدن اختلافات جزئی به معضلات بزرگ اجتماعی جلوگیری کند.
فرمانده انتظامی استان کرمانشاه یکی دیگر از اقدامات مهم پلیس را همکاری با کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) در راستای حمایت از خانوادههای آسیبپذیر دانست و گفت: ما با انعقاد تفاهمنامهای با کمیته امداد، دبیرخانهای مشترک برای حمایتهای اجتماعی ایجاد کردهایم. این دبیرخانه وظیفه دارد خانوادههایی را که در معرض آسیبهای اجتماعی قرار دارند، شناسایی کند و با ارائه کمکهای مالی، فرهنگی و تحصیلی، آنها را به مسیر صحیح زندگی بازگرداند.
وی در ادامه تصریح کرد: بسیاری از افرادی که در مسیر ناهنجاریهای اجتماعی قرار میگیرند، به دلیل مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی از فرآیند طبیعی رشد و اجتماعی شدن خارج شدهاند. اگر مسئولان به این افراد توجه نکنند، آنها ممکن است به بزهکاران آینده تبدیل شوند. ما در پلیس کرمانشاه، رویکرد پیشگیرانه را مدنظر قرار دادهایم و تلاش میکنیم پیش از آنکه افراد وارد چرخه جرم شوند، به آنها کمک کنیم.
پلیس مسئلهمحور؛ فراتر از برخورد با مجرمان
سردار حاجیان با تأکید بر اینکه پلیس کرمانشاه تنها به برخورد با مجرمان اکتفا نمیکند، گفت: ما به جای آنکه منتظر وقوع جرم بمانیم و سپس وارد عمل شویم، سعی داریم مسئله را در بطن جامعه درک کنیم و از همان ابتدا اقدامات پیشگیرانه را انجام دهیم. این همان رویکرد مسئلهمحور پلیس است که به ما امکان میدهد از افزایش تعداد مجرمان جلوگیری کنیم.
وی افزود: ما در پلیس کرمانشاه به دنبال این هستیم که کانونهای جرمزا را شناسایی کنیم و برای رفع مشکلات اجتماعی و اقتصادی که زمینهساز بزهکاری هستند، برنامهریزی کنیم. از همین رو، خانوادههایی که در معرض آسیبهای اجتماعی قرار دارند، تحت نظارت و حمایت قرار میگیرند تا بتوانند به مسیر صحیح بازگردند.
در پایان، فرمانده انتظامی استان کرمانشاه از شهروندان خواست که در ایجاد امنیت پایدار با پلیس همکاری کنند و در صورت مشاهده هرگونه آسیب اجتماعی، آن را به مراکز مشاوره و نهادهای مربوطه گزارش دهند.

آلبانی دسترسی به تیک تاک را در وب مسدود کرد
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از رویترز، ممنوعیت تیک تاک به دلیل نگرانی ها درباره نقش پلتفرم در دامن زدن به خشونت میان جوانان در داخل و خارج مدرسه وضع شده بود.
البته پیش از آلبانی حداقل ۲۰ کشور دیگر نیز به دلیل نگرانی ها درباره ویدئوهای نامناسب یا چالش های امنیتی مربوط به مالکیت تیک تاک، ممنوعیت های کامل یا جزئی بر این پلتفرم وضع کرده بودند.
برخی کاربران در آلبانی اعلام کردند پس از میانه ظهر نتوانسته اند از طریق مرورگر وب به پلتفرم دسترسی یابند.یکی از کاربران تیک تاک می گوید: تیک تاک دیگر در وب قابل دسترس نیست اما اپ آن هنوز کار می کند.
کاربران دیگر اختلالات مشابهی را گزارش داده اند و یک مقام دولتی نیز اعلام کرده پس ممنوعیت تیک تاک در وب سایت، نوبت به مسدودسازی اپ آن نیز می رسد. مرکز ملی امنیت سایبری آلبانی(AKSK) به تمام تهیه کنندگان اینترنت در این کشور دستور داده تاییدیه نوشتار مبنی بر ممنوعیت تیک تاک را ارائه دهند.
دسامبر ۲۰۲۴ میلادی و یک ماه پس از آنکه پسری ۱۴ ساله توسط یک دانشآموز همکلاسیاش پس از مشاجره درتیک تاک با چاقو به قتل رسید، دولت آلبانی تصمیم به ممنوعیت پلتفرم گرفت.

زندگی با آیه ها؛ عدل یا احسان

إِنَّ اللَّهَ یَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِیتَاءِ ذِی الْقُرْبَیٰ وَیَنْهَیٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْکَرِ وَالْبَغْیِ ۚ یَعِظُکُمْ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَذَکَّرُونَ (سوره نحل آیه ۹۰)
به راستی خدا به عدالت و احسان و بخشش به خویشاوندان فرمان میدهد، و از فحشاء و منکر و ستم گری نهی میکند. شما را اندرز میدهد تا متذکّر [این حقیقت] شوید [که فرمانهای الهی، ضامن سعادت دنیا و آخرت شماست.]

طرح «قاضی در مدرسه» در کنگان اجرا شد
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، سید محمد موسوی پویا صبح شنبه در این آئین اظهار کرد: یکی از وظایف دستگاه قضائی پیشگیری از وقوع جرم است که نهاد اجرا کننده و مسئول مستقیم آن دادستانی است.
وی افزود: یکی از دستگاههای که در زمینه کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی و رفع ناهنجاریها مؤثر و تأثیر گذار است آموزش و پرورش بوده که در دو بعد آموزش و تربیتی وظایف اساسی را برعهده دارد
دادستان عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان کنگان بر هماهنگی و تعامل این دستگاه با قوه قضائیه تأکید کرد و آمادگی لازم را برای آموزش قانون و اجرای طرح قاضی در مدرسه برای آموزش قانون و کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی در سطح شهرستان اعلام کرد.
در این جلسه مسائل و موضوعات مبتلا به دانش آموزان مطرح و سپس آموزشهای لازم به دانش آموزان ارائه و دانش آموزان با ساختار قوه قضائیه، مسائل حقوقی، جرم و انحراف و کژروی و مجازات برخی از جرایم مانند حمل و مصرف مشروبات الکلی، روابط نامشروع، حمل، نگهداری و مصرف مواد مخدر، روانگردان، تهدیدات فضای مجازی بخصوص کلاهبرداریهای رایانهای، آشنا شدند و به صورت پرونده محور نمونههای واقعی از پروندههای موجود در دادگستریها مورد تحلیل و بررسی و مداقه قرار گرفت.
در پایان به سوالات و ابهامات دانش آموز پاسخگویی انجام و فرم نظرسنجی جهت هر چه بهتر برگزار شدن این دورهها از دانش آموزان اخذ شد.
