Ukrainian Delegation Arrives in Istanbul for Russia Talks: Spokesperson
The Ukrainian delegation arrived in Istanbul on Monday morning for a second round of talks with Russia, a Ukrainian foreign ministry spokesperson told AFP.
The talks, which are set to begin at 1:00 pm (1000 GMT), come a day after Ukraine carried out one of its most brazen and successful attacks on Russian soil.
